How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@clearsounddirect.com within 45 days of your delivery date
  2. Include your order number and the reason for your return (optional)
  3. We will respond within 1 business day with a prepaid return shipping label
  4. Pack the product securely in its original packaging and drop it off at any UPS or FedEx location
  5. Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item

Refund Details

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect products
  • Return shipping is free — we provide a prepaid label
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories

Defective or Incorrect Products

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
